ELCA Malaria Campaign - Thanks to all who participated last Sunday the campaign to end malaria. If you haven’t had a chance and would like to donate money to buy a mosquito net ($10 per net) please use the special offering envelopes available in the narthex.
End-of-Year Music Party - May 6, 1:00pm at Sue and Allan Ost’s (1142 Grant Ave.) All who are involved with First Lutheran music programs are invited to attend.
Confirmation - Banquet is on May 9 with pictures starting at 5:30pm and the Banquet at 7pm. Confirmation Services are on May 13 at both services with a reception at 9:45am.

High School Senior Recognition Sunday - May 20
Cake and Punch will be served at 9:45am in honor of our graduating seniors.
Jessie Obrecht will be speaking on May 20 at both services about her upcoming opportunity to be a missionary in Malaysia through the ELCA Young Adults in Global Mission program. See bulletin insert.
Geraniums for Pentecost - If you would like to donate a geranium in ‘memory of’ or in ‘honor of’ a loved one, please fill out the geranium form and put in offering plate. The geraniums will be planted in front of our church sign as reminder of the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Worship Time Change - We will be going to one worship service on May 27 (Memorial Day Weekend). The time will be announced next week after council meets.
Church Life Coordinator Position Open - 10-15 hours/week with possibility of combining with secretary position at a later date. Please submit resume or application to Holly at the office ASAP.
